Health and Safety Procedures
I offer a clean and hygienic procedure...
I am a Health Registered Tattoo Artist, therefore I make sure;
All needles, tubes, and ink caps are disposable, and are discarded after every use.
All surface areas are cleaned, and covered with a protective plastic sheet. Gloves are worn at all times. As with everything else, these are also discarded after every use.
Consultation...
A consultation is not necessary, mostly things can be sorted over the phone or via email or messaging, however this can help put your mind at ease, it gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have, and we can sort out your design, and where the procedure will take place. It is free. please bare in mind travel costs may occur, once you decide you do want a tattoo, a deposit will be required for a booking, or designing, this will be deducted off your final bill.
My Declaration...
This is a form written to protect you and myself. You can read this, either at the consultation, or when I'm setting up. It explains my procedure in depth, and your responsibilities.
It also comes with a consent form, which I will ask you to sign.
Your Responsibilities...
You will need to make sure a suitable area is ready for my arrival, you must make sure all children and pets are not going to cause any problems, for you, or myself.
After Care...
This is just as important, it comes with responsibility, this will make a good tattoo a great tattoo.
I will give you an after care form, this will help you, please stick with it.
